Who's responsible

The person responsible for your personal information at Studio Telos can be reached at admin@telosmachina.ai.

What the preview form collects

When you request a preview, we collect your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, your current website address if you have one, the photos you upload, and the options you check for your site.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare your site's draft and send it to you.

Where it's kept

Your information is kept in Twenty, our request-management tool, on a server located in Quebec.

Sharing outside Quebec

Three providers handle your information outside Quebec:

• Cloudflare receives the form when you send it and holds it until our server in Quebec collects it.
• Anthropic, in the United States, provides the AI tool (Claude) that prepares your site's draft from your answers and photos.
• Resend, in the United States, delivers the email that tells us about your request.

We assessed these transfers before making them. Only the information the draft needs is sent. (to be confirmed)

Who can see it

David and Tim, Studio Telos's two founders, are the only people with access.

How long we keep it

If you don't follow up on a preview we've sent, we keep your request for 3 months. After that, we delete it.

The free site audit

When you run the free audit, we keep the address of the site checked, the audit result, and your email if you give it. We keep them 30 days, then delete them.

The audit runs on automatic checks, with no AI. Cloudflare opens the page and keeps the result. Google PageSpeed Insights receives the site address to measure its speed. We also check the public domain name and DNS registries to see when your domain expires and whether email is set up on it. If you ask for the report by email, Resend delivers it and we receive a copy of the notice. These providers process this information outside Quebec.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. Analytics are measured without cookies and without identifying your device. No consent banner appears on this site, because there's nothing to approve.

Your rights

Quebec's Law 25 gives you the right to see your personal information, have it corrected, have it deleted, and receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to admin@telosmachina.ai. We respond within 30 days of your request. If our response doesn't satisfy you, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
